Claims

Claims for life insurance and time loss benefits are handled by Northwest Carpenters Trusts. For information about medical, dental, prescription, and vision claims, click here.

Electronic Payment

If you participate in one of our self-pay programs, we now offer the option to make a secure online payment using a debit card, credit card, or ACH withdrawal from your bank account.

Member Portal

Member Portal will be unavailable until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience. Contact Participant Services for up-to-date information about your work history, eligibility, accrued benefits, and vacation fund transfers. We can also provide copies of past benefit statements. Benefit Statements

Non-retired participants receive a benefit statement four times a year. It provides a quarterly update of hours reported, contributions received, eligibility, vesting status, accrued benefits, and designated beneficiaries. Your statement is also a record of contributions transferred to Qualstar and Milliman. To ensure delivery, please notify us of any address changes.

Northwest Carpenters Trusts is located on the third floor of the Denny Building in downtown Seattle. Visitor parking is available in the attached garage.
