Choosing a healthcare provider is an important matter.

  • Medical

    The plan allows eligible individuals to receive covered services from any licensed physician, hospital or provider without a referral. For lowest out-of-pocket costs, select providers in the Regence Preferred Network. You will pay more if you use a non-network provider.

    To locate Preferred Network providers:

    • Sign in to – When you create an account, the provider search is automatically tailored to your plan and location. With a single click you'll be able to locate primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health providers. You can search providers by name, by specialty, by location, and other criteria. also lets you order/print ID cards and estimate costs. To register, you'll need to provide an email address, mobile number, and the ID on your Regence/Northwest Carpenters Trusts card.

      NOTE: Regence issued new medical cards with new ID numbers for coverage effective 10/1/2023. If you previously registered with the ID number on your old Regence/Northwest Carpenters Trusts card, you will need to register again using the ID number on your new card. Your new Regence ID number has an NWC or ZLL prefix followed by 9 digits.

    • Use the Regence app – The app takes the guesswork out of finding a doctor, hospital or clinic in your plan’s network. Read provider reviews and check specialty information to guide your choices. Plus, you can view your member ID card in the app and store in your iPhone to access any time. Download on the App Store or get it on Google Play.
    • Search National Doctor & Hospital Finder – Regence is a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, a coalition of independent companies who negotiate discounts with healthcare providers on a regional basis. These regional companies cooperate with one another to form a nationwide provider network known as BlueCard. When you live or travel outside the Regence service area, your Regence/Carpenters Trusts ID card qualifies for the discounted rates negotiated by the BCBS company for the region in which you receive medical care. Ninety-five percent of doctors and hospitals are contracted with a Blue Cross or Blue Shield company. To search the national network visit or call (800) 810-BLUE (2583). For covered services, you won’t be responsible for any amount above these negotiated rates and any out-of-pocket expenses you’d normally pay. Plus, you won’t need to complete any claim forms.

  • Pharmacy

    Visit the Express Scripts website to register, search for a nearby pharmacy, and take advantage of online features.

  • Dental

    Delta Dental of Washington providers offer services at discounted rates, which can reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. Search online directory

  • Vision

    Vision benefits are administered by VSP Vision Care. The plan allows you to see any licensed provider. For lowest out-of-pocket and zero paperwork, select a provider from the VSP network. With a non-network provider, you may be required to pay the full cost up front and file your own claim.
