Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Plan 


Effective January 1, 2009, the Carpenters Health and Security Plan established Retiree Health Reimbursement Accounts to help retirees and their dependents pay monthly contributions for Retiree Coverage and monthly contributions for post-retirement COBRA Coverage following dollar bank eligibility. The monthly contributions paid through the Retiree Health Reimbursement Accounts are intended to be excluded from the gross income of retirees and dependents.
